We have been here several times, it is a great place to come for dinner with someone special or friends. The atmosphere is great, the staff and especially the owner are very friendly and leave you with a warm feeling. The food is consistently great, cannot fault it. Marrakech Restaurants is up there as one of the favourites, fully recommended.

We are staying in the North Adelaide area and stumbled across Marrakech Restaurant. The reviews looked promising, so we booked for dinner on a Tuesday night. Our table ordered the dips and the Melwi (bread with goats cheese) - chefs kiss! Followed by 3 generous portions of various tajines, all exceptional. Make sure you get it with the bread to soak up all the sauce. Finished with a sweet mint tea, poured by Mohammed Jr with skill. Would definitely return!
This was our first time with Moroccan cuisine. We are a group of 6 and decided to order a bit of everything (lamb, beef, chicken, seafood, rice, dips platter). EVERY SINGLE DISH TASTED AMAZING. My picky 6 and 3 year olds even ate lots. Service was top notch, friendly and beautiful smiles from everyone. And did I mention the tea? Its was minty and sweet and tasted refreshing! We will return for sure!
We had a great experience dinning here as a family by ordering the banquet option. The food was super yummy, our favourite dish is the number one dish under the lamb section. The second favourite is number 11 Bastella. We will be back to try more!
Some of the best food I've ever eaten out. The taking I had was balanced in flavour. The Harissa is the best I've had, and the desert was very tasty. It's all about the flavour here. I'm no Moroccan specialist, but I do understand curries, and this used similar ingredients to what we cook with, but had a completely different flavour profile. It's masterful. Must be had with cous cous. It soaks up the flavour of the jus exactly right.
We visited Marrakech Restaurant on Valentine’s Day Eve and chose the banquet menu. It was the perfect choice for a special evening. The atmosphere was warm, romantic, and beautifully set up for the occasion. Every course that came out was full of flavour — perfectly balanced, authentic, and clearly prepared with care. The variety in the banquet menu allowed us to try a little bit of everything, and each dish impressed us. Service was attentive and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A truly lovely dining experience — highly recommended, especially for special occasions!
We recently dined at Marrakech for the first time and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The ambience was beautiful, with striking floral arrangements that created a warm and inviting setting. Coming from an Indian background with an appreciation for bold, layered flavours, we were impressed by the quality and depth of the food. The bread and dips were fresh and delicious, the dates were exceptional, and the mains delivered vibrant, well balanced flavours. Dessert was refined and satisfying. We finished with Moroccan tea, which was surprisingly delightful. Service was attentive and seamless throughout. A memorable evening and certainly worth revisiting.
Melt in your mouth food - quite literally, the meat was so tender. Absolutely delicious banquet menu. I had never had Morrocan food before and it was so easy to eat. Incredibly tasty and filling serves of food as well. Plenty of non-alcoholic drinks, including mocktails. Staff were all very friendly. Would recommend, take your friends!
Absolutely love this Moroccan restaurant! The service is consistently outstanding, and every dish is simply perfect — full of flavour and beautifully prepared. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, which makes the whole experience feel special every time. And I have to mention the mint tea after the meal — it’s the highlight! So fragrant and comforting. Every visit has been wonderful, and I can’t wait to come back again.
